Travel Workout 2

You’re on day 5 of your trip. You just can’t do any more mountain climbers. You’re looking for something different. Here you go!

Start your timer. Get after each exercise listed below for 20 seconds. As hard and fast as you can. Rest for 10 seconds.

When you have finished all of the exercises, rest for 2 minutes. Then repeat. 

If you feel especially sassy, go for a third round.

Pushups
Pushups

Jump Lunges
Jump Lunges

Burpees!
Burpees!

REMEMBER… Each exercise needs to be done hard and fast. As in… Turn the dial to 11!!
