Travel Workout

 

No reason to let things go just because you’re on the road. Even more so when you take a peek in the crappy hotel gym and find a bunch of low grade equipment and weights fit for a 5-year-old.

Here is a workout you can do every day if you have the mental strength to keep after it.

Let’s Go!

Do the following for 3 Rounds

10 Clock Lunge
10 Pushups
10 Mountain Climbers (ea side)
10 Jump Squat
10 Burpees

Once you’ve survived the fun listed above, let’s get at a bit more fun…

5 reps each @ 5050 tempo

Single Leg Deadlift
Pushup
Pistol Squat (Holding Door) (ea side)
V-Ups
Bird Dogs w/5 second hold (ea side)
